A few suggestions on COVID-19
Do you want to be aware of the latest info about COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak? Our suggestion is simple:
1 Go to the WHO (World Health Organisation) for up-to-date top quality advice. 2. Use common sense.
3. Follow local authorities guidelines What is the advice the WHO is giving?

Keep the distance. At least 1 metre between you and anyone sneezing or coughing. Every time anyone coughs little particles spray forward.
Avoid touching your face, specially your mouth, eyes, and nose. We are touching stuff all the time. Chances are your hands are contaminated anyway. Touching your face will transfer the virus enabling it to enter your body.
Practice some elbow love. If love and respect other people enough, cover your mouth when you sneeze or cough. One of the easiest way is your elbow. Keep protected the people you love and you work with.
If you have symptoms, do not come to BTB Club. Call a local hospital. They know what is going on locally and can help you determine if the best thing is to go and spend half an hour at least in a waiting room. The idea is to help you and prevent spreading the virus.

Use common sense Wash your hands a little bit more thoroughly than usual. Wash your hands thoroughly and use alcohol-based hand rub to kill viruses in your hands.
